I had Great Lakes Institute of Management Interview last
weekend.
Its as usual with GD and PI.
GD :
We were 6 people in our group.
There were 2 people with 8 yrs and 6 yrs experience. Apart from that
one 3 yrs experienced and two fresher with engineering
background.
Topic: "Identifying people doing it right will improve productivity"
I was the last one to speak and I spoke against the topic giving
my views related to identifying people doing it wrong and guiding
them will give more scope for improvement. There were also
several view like people will not be self critical. Once we had 1
minute left, I went ahead and gave concluding remarks. Well
organized without any conflicts.
INTERVIEW:

1. Why MBA? NR Narayana Murthy hasn't done MBA, so why do you
want to do
2. Will you leave Infosys if we offer admission?
3. Will you join Infosys after completing the course?
4. About my interests
5. Why do you want to specialize in Finance?
6. Tell us abt Kotak Mahindra Bank
7. What is the relation between prime numbers and encryption?
8. Any other Admits?
9. As I had SPJain Dubai, Which one will you take and why?
10. About my engg college and what are the things i analyzed
while taking admission into the college.
I made it thru. I got the result on the same day within 15 minutes.
I have decided to go for it. Course commences on April 21st.
