AFTER OBLIGATION BY THE MODERATER SOME PEOPLE DID HAD SOME CHANCE TO SPEAK.I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK COMPREHENSIVELY FOR AROUND 3 TIMES, OUT OF WHICH ON ONE OCCASION, LUCKILY ONLY I WAS SPEAKING FOR ABOUT 8-10 SEC. MULTI FACETS OF THE TOPIC WERE DISCUSSED LIKE THE JOB PROFILE DECIDES THE SALARY PACKAGE, EXCEPT EVY LEAGUE B-SCHOOLS THE GENERAL STANDARD OF PAY IS NORMAL, REVENUE GENERATED BY THE POSITION IS IN PROPORTION TO PAY, TRAINING IS CONDUCTED TO ASSES THE TALENT THEN ACCORDINGLY SALARY PAID, ETC.

ONCE I ALSO RE-ITERATED THE SAME THING I SAID IN SOME OTHER POINT...SINCE I FORGET WHAT TO SAY.
11) YOUR SUGGESTIONS FOR THE UrPERCENTILE.COM SUBSCRIBERS PREPARING FOR GD : EVERYONE SHOULD BE KEPT UPDATED FOR ATLEAST A YEAR IN WHICH HE/SHE APPEARING FOR THE EXAM. MY EXPERIENCE SAYS AWARENESS OF THE TOPIC GIVES CONFIDENCE TO SPEAK AND GET HIGHLIGHTED AMONG THE GROUP. AND ONE'S VOICE SHOULD BE CONFIDENT ENOUGH TO SPEAK FIRST AND THEN TO BISECT OTHERS VOICE , SO THAT U R ABLE TO PLACE UR POINT.

4) BRIEF DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE INTERVIEW (100 words) : AS I SAID THERE WERE 3 PANELISTS, AMONG WHICH THERE WAS ONE FROM INFOSYS.THE INTERVIEW STARTED ABOUT WHAT I WAS DOING NOW, I SAID I WAS WORKING IN WIPRO BPO .THEN ASKED SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT MY COMPANY AND MY WORK PROFILE. THEY ASKED QUESTIONS WHY I WAS WILLING TO JOIN TAPMI OR DO A PGDM WHILE I HAD A JOB IN HAND AND ALRESDY DONE BBA.THEN CAME INTO THE CURRICULUM OF BBA AND ASKED SOME GENERAL QUESTIONS ON ECONOMICS AND ASKED ME DRAW THE GRAPH FOR BREK EVEN POINT, WHICH COULD'NT DRAW CORRECTLY AND WAS PUZZLED.MANY TIMES THEY ASKED SOME GENERAL QUESTION OR GAVE AN OPEN STATEMENT AND ASKED MY OPINION THEN THEY COUNTER ARGUE MY VIEW, JUST TO MAKE IT A BIT STRESSFUL INTERVIEW. OVERALL IT WAS AN OK PERFORMANCE AND IT LASTED SOMETHING AROUND 15-20 MIN.
