I AM A FRESH GRADUATE, I WANT TO PURSUE MBA AFTER SOME WORK EXPERIENCE , WHAT KIND OF JOB SHOULD I TAKE ?

The company you work for will not matter much, it is the work that you did in the company that will matter more. There are many people who don't join big companies as there are better chances of getting more exposure to various fields in a relatively smaller company. The jobs in most of the big companies are very specialised and you get exposure to only one kind of work, where as in smaller company you are expected to work across the departments. If there are two candidates with the exact CAT score and almost the same performance at GD and PI and the same academics but with different work experience , there are chances that the person who did generalised kind work ( not specialised ) will get selected..
