www.UrPercentile.com : Kindly tell our subscribers about Baldwin-Wallace College and the management courses offered ?
Ann Conrad: Baldwin-Wallace College offers seven different MBA programs including the following: Business Management MBA, International MBA, Accounting MBA, Human Resources MBA, Entrepreneurship MBA, Healthcare MBA, and the Executive MBA. Most of our International students enroll in the International MBA program.

www.UrPercentile.com : What is the selection criteria for the courses and a typical profile of the student joining your university?
Ann Conrad: The student will complete an application, submit two letters of recommendation, submit a Toefl or GMAT score, Financial Support statement, a current resume, and transcripts from all previous colleges attended. In most cases our students are working professionals who have had work experience, however, we do accept student without work experience into our Accounting MBA.

www.UrPercentile.com : During selection process, how much does Baldwin-Wallace College value work experience ?
Ann Conrad: Work experience is valued very highly because all the US students have work experience. If an international student has had post graduate education we will waive the work experience requirement.

www.UrPercentile.com : How long does it take to complete the program as a part-time student and as a full-time student?
Ann Conrad: Part-time students take 2 courses a semester and take 2+ years to complete the program, Full-time students can complete the program in 1 1/2 years taking 3 course a semester.

www.UrPercentile.com : What makes Baldwin-Wallace College different from other Business-schools?
Ann Conrad: B-W maintains small class sizes and individual attention from professors. Our professors have corporate experience and academic backgrounds to provide a real-life practical perspective on issues.

www.UrPercentile.com : Besides academics what other activities do Baldwin-Wallace College students get involved in?
Ann Conrad: Students have an entire campus full of activites to choose from. There is a conservatory of music, theatre and athletic programs. Students have full use of the Recreation Center which includes an indoor pool and raquetball courts.

www.UrPercentile.com : How much will a student coming from abroad have to spend for the course ? Are there any banks offering education loan for the course being conducted at Baldwin-Wallace College ?
Ann Conrad : Most courses are 3 credit hours and the tuition is $795 per credit hour for Fall 2007. Students can meet with our Financial Aid Office for further details on avaiable loans. An Assistantship is avialable to all full-time MBA students. Students can earn an assistantship by working on-campus. This will reduce tution expenses by $1250 per semester for a maximum of 4 semesters.

www.UrPercentile.com :Does Baldwin-Wallace College provide assistance in boarding and lodging when students come from overseas ?
Ann Conrad: Student Ambassadors from Baldwin-Wallace meet all new international students at the airport, bring them to campus and help them settle into their lodgings. International students are boarded in campus appartments with beds, desks and applicances. Students interested in campus appartments must apply for housing through the Residence Life Office. This information is provided to the student once they are accepted into the graduate program.

Ann Conrad: Our Career Services department assists students in finding jobs.

www.UrPercentile.com :Once the course is over , can the student continue to stay in USA and work in USA ?
Ann Conrad: International students can work for one year after completing their coursework, this is called Optional Practical Training or OPT.

www.UrPercentile.com :What are the kinds of jobs, students at Baldwin-Wallace College have taken in the past 2 years?
Ann Conrad: International students who completed their programs and are approved for OPT have obtained jobs in finance, marketing, intercultureral communications and international relations.

Ann Conrad: Baldwin-Wallace College offeres the personal attention of a small school with degree and course options of a large university. The MBA programs combine sound business theory with practical business applications in small classes with accessible professors. The faculty have both coporate experience along with academic credentials.

Ann Conrad: Baldwin-Wallace is located in Berea, Ohio, a charming college town located 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland.
