INSTITUTES WHERE URPERCENTILE MEMBERS ARE APPLYING

Salar : I would be applying for all the IIM’s, XLRI, FMS, IIFT, ISB, MDI, and SP Jain. Since I have a fair experience in CAT (been taking CAT from 2004 and have scored around 90 Percentile every time), will apply to all top colleges. And any 3-4 institutes as backup (maybe narsee monjee, JBIMS, TAPMI etc) .

Ambreesh : I am planning to apply to some top 10 so as to spread the risks .

Manish : As my mock test results shows that i will not be able to make it to any of the IIMs, I will apply to only one IIM , 3 institutes among top 15 and 2 institutes among top 25 institutes.

Nilay : I will apply to around 12-14 institutes.3 from top 15, 5 from next 10 n so on so as to have a backup if required.

Sunny : Well I have not yet decided as to how many institutes I will be applying but after going through my performance in SIM-CAT's I will decide it up.

Akshay : I will definitely apply to all premiers institutes for MBA. To be on safer side, it is better to apply to all recognized institutes. All institutes have different cut-off scores & in long term, institute may not matter much if one has good knowledge.

Vbk : I will apply to 2/3 institutes as I would like to be in one of the good institutes & by this I will be able to be in good institute.

Suraj : I will apply to not more than 7 to 8 institute which forms the top B-Schools. This is because of my aspiration to do MBA from top notch B institute.

Narayana : I will apply for at most 3 institutes ,because the application fees are very burden to me Sunil : I would apply to the IIM's first and foremost. This is because this is where I want to be at the moment. I am also looking for an MBA in ISB or abroad in a few years from now.

Santosh : To IIMS,xlri and ISB.

Saumya : I plan to apply to the IIM's, XLRI, SPJain, ISB and some of the institutes in the A+ to A grade. My belief is that exposure to students and faculty of these institutes will be beneficial for my career.

Partha : I will be applying to the top 4 IIMs(A,B,C,L), XLRI and MDI.I feel that being a graduate of IIT, it would be fitting for me to go 1 step higher and aim for the IIMs. I would either do an mba from these 6 or do a job.

Subhash : i wish to do PGDM in any of IIMs and i have no idea of courses offered by other reputed institutes if u tell me it would be agreat help.

Uma : i am appearing for exams conducted by IIM's,IIT's or IIS's,XLRI.

Yogesh : I’m interested in lbs new Delhi for my backup purpose, as I think that lower to that level will not be beneficial for me. I plan to fill up forms of tapmi, ubs chandigarh, fore newdelhi, because I think that I match to their standards, and these r good institute for a person like me who don’t have work-ex. On the other hand I try my hand on xat, gim, iift, tiss, scmhrd,siib, delhi school of economics,mfc.

Rohit : I would apply to only two institutes other than the IIMs. I do believe that a school with good infrastructure and offering ample exposure is very much necessary. They help in moulding the attitude of the student by broadening his viewpoint. I would not want to join a school where in a student will have to struggle for the basic of the necessities. Hence, I would choose the best among the existing schools and apply to them.

Shyam : I am planning to apply for 3-4 institutes mostly abroad. I wnat to do MBA from institutes ouside india.

Santosh : IIMs only, that's my dream to enter IIM.

Swapnil : To good institutes all over india . Ria : i would ideally apply to around 4 - 5 institutes. i beleive if u have to leave ur job then it has to be for best institute only.

Mokshi : I have never applied before for CAT. Ofcourse, I have institutes like IIMs, SP Jain and XLRI in mind. However, it is also to know more about institutes which offer good courses, that I have joined this group.

Vidya : Would be applying to top ranking business schools since their curricula, faculty and infrastructure is good. Also the internships and case studies are on par with time.

Yash : Would be applying for all IIM`S , Nirma ,IMI thorugh CAT and XLRI through XAT and IIFT (Individual entrance) SIBM Through SNAP.As i think all B-school which am being mentioned here  are very prominent and Top most school at every perspective.
